Morison KSi holds another Future Leaders event in Amsterdam
On 13-14 December 2018 Morison KSi delegates met in Amsterdam to participate in the popular Future Leaders Programme.
Delegates from Morison KSi member firms worldwide gathered at the Kimpton De Witt Hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on 13-14 December 2018 to attend another Future Leaders event.
The programme was devised to assist Morison KSi member firms to develop their talent pool – senior managers and newly-appointed partners – and to provide these leaders with their own international network. Since its launch in 2017, the programme has gained significant interest among Morison KSi members, with past meetings held in Amsterdam, Chicago and Bangkok.
The two-day agenda included a networking dinner followed by a one-day, highly-engaging workshop. Joanna Keeling – an expert in delivering leadership programmes to global organisations – focused on impact, influence, strategy and vision as the key aspects of leadership.
Delegates were given various interactive tasks to explore their own leadership style and identify areas where they could develop further.
The training also emphasised the importance of networking as the starting point of any successful business relationship. To that end, the workshop was centred on communication to facilitate initiating and maintaining positive professional relationships within firms as well as between firms and their clients.
