Obligation to report:
All Cyprus incorporated entities (companies and partnerships) are obliged to report with the exception of:
1. Listed Companies
2. Companies that have filed an application for strike-off or liquidation prior to the
commencement date (i.e. filed for strike-off or liquidation on or before 15/03/2021)
